Episode 3 [Third Eye 2.0]

Any business owner who takes upon every role in the beginning I salute you. But I also urge you to seek help. I know a lot of times we take pride in doing things ourselves or we may get agitated trying to explain your vision to someone else. But that's the main point of being a boss, being able to effectively collaborate with others to fulfill a need/want for someone else.

As Henry Ford describes, "I can summon to my aid men who can answer ANY question I desire to ask concerning the business to which I am devoting most of my efforts. Now, will you kindly tell me, WHY I should clutter up my mind with general knowledge, for the purpose of being able to answer questions, when I have men around me who can supply any knowledge I require?"

Never forget to have a third eye, as the world operates on more than just a binary perspective. But also trust your own intuition when you are adding new minds in on your turf. Who do they represent and who do they serve?
